A sequence is your ordered set of steps (initial email + follow-ups) with per-step delays. Runline writes a unique, personalised email per prospect from each step’s brief (AI-on), or sends your text verbatim with [first_name]/[company] merge fields (AI-off, zero AI cost). Follow-ups stop automatically when a prospect replies with interest or a decline.
