What this integration does

Send through your Lemlist campaign and poll replies from it.

Prerequisites

• A Lemlist account
• A Lemlist API key
• A Lemlist campaign ID

Step-by-step connection

1. Go to Settings → Prospecting & sending tools → Lemlist → Connect.
2. Paste your API key and campaign ID and save. Lemlist is connected as both sender and reply source.

What data syncs

Pull (into Runline)

• Replies from your Lemlist campaign

Push (out of Runline)

• Approved emails / contacts into your Lemlist campaign

Troubleshooting

• Lemlist 401 → API key invalid.
• No replies ingested → confirm the campaign ID.

Disconnect

Settings → Lemlist → Disconnect (removes both the sender and the reply source).
