What this integration does

Send approved emails through your own Instantly campaign (deliverability + warm-up). Runline never sends email itself.

Prerequisites

  • An Instantly account
  • An Instantly V2 API key
  • The Instantly campaign ID to enqueue into

Step-by-step connection

  1. Go to Settings → Prospecting & sending tools → Instantly → Connect.
  2. Paste your API key and campaign ID and save. This becomes your active sender.
The Runline side of the connection (the Settings catalogue and the connect form) is shown in Connect your first tool.

  • Instantly → Settings → Integrations → API key
  • Instantly → the campaign, with its ID in the URL

What data syncs

Pull (into Runline)
  • Sending stats and reply events (where configured)
Push (out of Runline)
  • Approved emails as leads carrying the generated subject/body into your Instantly campaign

Troubleshooting

  • Instantly 401 → API key invalid.
  • Emails not sending → confirm the campaign ID and that the campaign is active in Instantly.

Disconnect

Settings → Instantly → Disconnect (approved emails can’t send until another sender is connected).
