Google Workspace

Beta — unverified against a live account. Built and unit-tested. Live use requires a configured Google OAuth app + send redirect URI; the round-trip has not yet been verified end-to-end.

What this integration does

Send directly from your Gmail / Google Workspace mailbox via the Gmail API. Low volume only — Gmail enforces daily sending limits.

Prerequisites

  • A Google Workspace or Gmail account
  • Runline’s Google OAuth app configured (admin)

Step-by-step connection

  1. Go to Settings → Sending and click Send from Gmail / Google Workspace (OAuth).
  2. Approve the Gmail send permission. You are returned to Settings connected.

What data syncs

Pull (into Runline)
  • Nothing
Push (out of Runline)
  • Approved emails sent from your mailbox (with correct threading headers)

Troubleshooting

  • Gmail send 403 → daily limit reached or scope not granted; use Instantly/Smartlead/SMTP for volume.
  • Connect fails → the Google OAuth app or the send redirect URI isn’t configured.

Disconnect

Settings → Sending → Disconnect sender.
