Smartlead

Beta — unverified against a live account. Built and unit-tested, but not yet run end-to-end against a live Smartlead account.

What this integration does

Send approved emails through your own Smartlead campaign.

Prerequisites

  • A Smartlead account
  • A Smartlead API key
  • The Smartlead campaign ID

Step-by-step connection

  1. Go to Settings → Prospecting & sending tools → Smartlead → Connect.
  2. Paste your API key and campaign ID and save.
The Runline side of the connection (the Settings catalogue and the connect form) is shown in Connect your first tool.

  • Smartlead → Settings → API key
  • Smartlead → the campaign, with its ID

What data syncs

Pull (into Runline)
  • Campaign/reply data (where configured)
Push (out of Runline)
  • Approved emails as leads (subject/body in custom fields) into your Smartlead campaign

Troubleshooting

  • Smartlead 4xx → check the API key and campaign ID.
  • Leads not appearing → confirm the campaign accepts API-added leads.

Disconnect

Settings → Smartlead → Disconnect.
