Beta — unverified against a live account. Built and unit-tested, but not yet verified against a live Teams incoming webhook.

What this integration does

Post the same classification notifications to a Microsoft Teams channel.

Prerequisites

  • A Teams channel incoming webhook URL

Step-by-step connection

  1. Add an Incoming Webhook connector to your Teams channel and copy the URL.
  2. Go to Settings → Notifications → Microsoft Teams → Connect and paste the URL.
  3. Use Send test to confirm.

  • Teams channel → Connectors → Incoming Webhook → the URL

What data syncs

Pull (into Runline)
  • Nothing
Push (out of Runline)
  • A MessageCard with contact, classification and a link to the record

Troubleshooting

  • Test fails → the connector URL is wrong or the connector was removed.

Disconnect

Settings → Notifications → Disconnect.
