HubSpot

What this integration does

Two-way sync with HubSpot: pull contacts/deal stages/properties, push reply classifications and create deals on Interested.

Prerequisites

  • A HubSpot account with permission to install apps
  • Runline’s HubSpot OAuth app configured (admin)

Step-by-step connection

  1. Go to Settings and click Connect HubSpot (OAuth).
  2. Approve the scopes. Runline auto-provisions the reply-status property and pipeline.
The Runline side of the connection (the Settings catalogue and the connect form) is shown in Connect your first tool.
📸 Provider screenshots — to be added. We don’t reuse the provider’s own documentation images (their assets). Capture these on their site when you set up your account, then drop them in here:
  • The HubSpot install/scopes consent screen

What data syncs

Pull (into Runline)
  • On connect: contacts, deals, deal stages and custom properties
Push (out of Runline)
  • Reply classification to the contact property, deal-stage updates where mapped, and a deal on Interested
Two-way / notes Runline pulls your schema on connect and pushes classifications/stages outbound (additive, never downgrading a status). Inbound change webhooks (HubSpot → Runline) are not yet built — CRM edits do not flow back into Runline automatically.

Troubleshooting

  • Writes paused → a mapped property/option was removed in HubSpot; re-map in Untracked.
  • Connect fails → the HubSpot OAuth app isn’t configured.

Disconnect

Settings → CRM → Disconnect (Runline falls back to its internal pipeline).
