What this integration does

Post the same classification notifications to a Discord channel.

Prerequisites

A Discord channel webhook URL

Step-by-step connection

Create a channel webhook in Discord (Channel → Integrations → Webhooks) and copy the URL.
Go to Settings → Notifications → Discord → Connect and paste the URL.
Use Send test to confirm.

Pull (into Runline)

Push (out of Runline)

A message with contact, classification and a link to the record

Troubleshooting

Test fails → the webhook URL is wrong or deleted.

Disconnect

Settings → Notifications → Disconnect.
