What this integration does

Source contacts that match your ICP from Apollo and import them into a Runline campaign.

Prerequisites

  • An Apollo account with API access
  • An Apollo API key

Step-by-step connection

  1. Go to Settings → Prospecting & sending tools.
  2. On the Apollo row, click Connect.
  3. Paste your Apollo API key and save.
The Runline side of the connection (the Settings catalogue and the connect form) is shown in Connect your first tool.

  • Apollo → Settings → Integrations → API, showing where to copy the API key

What data syncs

Pull (into Runline)
  • Contacts matching your ICP filters (titles, locations, employee ranges, keywords) with verified emails
Push (out of Runline)
  • Nothing — Apollo is a source only

Troubleshooting

  • Apollo 401 → the API key is wrong or lacks API access.
  • Apollo 422 → an ICP filter is malformed; remove empty filters.

Disconnect

Settings → Apollo → Disconnect.
