Prerequisites

  • A Cognism account with API access
  • A Cognism API key

Step-by-step connection

  1. Go to Settings → Prospecting & sending tools.
  2. On the Cognism row, click Connect.
  3. Paste your Cognism API key and save.

What data syncs

Pull (into Runline)
  • Verified contacts matching your job-title and location filters
Push (out of Runline)
  • Nothing — Cognism is a source only

Troubleshooting

  • Cognism 401/403 → check the API key and that your plan includes API access.
  • No results → widen your ICP filters.

Disconnect

Settings → Cognism → Disconnect.
