What this integration does

Get an email notification on a classification trigger — no setup needed, it uses your login email.

Prerequisites

• None — your account email is used

Step-by-step connection

1. Choose which categories send an email under Lead categories.

The Runline side of the connection (the Settings catalogue and the connect form) is shown in Connect your first tool.

What data syncs

Pull (into Runline)

• Nothing

Push (out of Runline)

• An email with the contact, classification and a link to the record

​

Troubleshooting

• No emails → check the category’s notify setting and your spam folder.

​

Disconnect

Turn off email notifications per category under Lead categories.
