What this integration does

Watch your Gmail inbox for replies to campaign emails and classify them on receipt.

Prerequisites

  • A Gmail / Google Workspace account
  • Runline’s Google OAuth app configured (admin)

Step-by-step connection

  1. Go to Settings → Reply inbox and click Connect Gmail (OAuth).
  2. Approve read-only Gmail access. You’re returned connected.

What data syncs

Pull (into Runline)
  • New inbox messages (with headers) matched to campaigns and classified
Push (out of Runline)
  • Nothing
Two-way / notes Replies are matched to prospects and classified automatically; results flow to your CRM/pipeline through precedence.

Troubleshooting

  • Connect fails → Google OAuth app not configured.
  • Replies missing → they may be threaded to a different address; Runline also matches by In-Reply-To.

Disconnect

Settings → Reply inbox → Disconnect inbox.
