Beta — unverified against a live account. Built and unit-tested. Live use requires a configured Microsoft (Azure AD) OAuth app; the round-trip has not yet been verified end-to-end.

What this integration does

Watch your Outlook / Microsoft 365 inbox for replies via Microsoft Graph and classify them on receipt.

Prerequisites

  • An Outlook.com or Microsoft 365 mailbox
  • Runline’s Microsoft (Azure AD) OAuth app configured (admin)

Step-by-step connection

  1. Go to Settings → Reply inbox and click Connect Outlook / M365 (OAuth).
  2. Approve Mail.Read access. You’re returned connected.

What data syncs

Pull (into Runline)
  • Inbox messages via Graph (with internet message headers for auto-responder detection), matched + classified
Push (out of Runline)
  • Nothing

Troubleshooting

  • Connect fails → the Microsoft OAuth app isn’t configured, or the tenant setting is wrong.
  • Outlook 401 → the token expired; Runline refreshes automatically on the next poll.

Disconnect

Settings → Reply inbox → Disconnect inbox.
