What this integration does

Post a message to Slack when a reply hits a classification you care about.

Prerequisites

  • A Slack incoming webhook URL for the target channel

​
Step-by-step connection

  1. Create an incoming webhook in Slack and copy the URL.
  2. Go to Settings → Notifications → Slack → Connect and paste the URL.
  3. Use Send test to confirm.
  4. Choose which categories notify under Lead categories.

  • Slack → Incoming Webhooks → the created webhook URL

What data syncs

Pull (into Runline)
  • Nothing
Push (out of Runline)
  • Contact name, company, reply snippet, classification and a link to the record

Troubleshooting

  • Test fails → the webhook URL is wrong or revoked.
  • No messages → enable notify on the relevant categories.

Disconnect

Settings → Notifications → Disconnect.
